Based on Internet financial as the research background, this paper analyses current Internet financial development present situation, find out the problems existing in the development process, and based on the Internet consumer finance, financial analysis of Internet to the positive influence and negative influence brought by the residents' consumption, and perfect the laws and regulations, the residents' awareness of risk and product technical innovation is put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
