Methods: the extraction rate of corn oil by supercritical CO2 was the evaluated method, and the extraction process was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment. Results: the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction pressure 25 MPa, the extraction temperature 40 °C, the particle size 50 mesh sizes, and the extraction time 50 min, the extraction rate can reach more than 24.54%. Conclusion: the optimized process of supercritical CO2 extraction of corn germ oil is simple and stable.
