The successive differential method and the least square method are used to process the experimental data of Young’s Modulus Measurement Based on Matlab．The Matlab GUI is used to design an interactive interface for data processing and the fitting diagram plotting．Moreover，the experimental results are analyzed by inputting the measured data and experimental paramete．The operation is simple，which can improve students’ ability to use software and the experimental efficiency．
