The factors of Michelson interference are briefly analysed when the moving mirror and the fixed mirror are not perpendicular，and a simulation platform for the Michelson interference based on MATLAB GUI is designed．By observing the changes of the interference pattern with the influence parameters when the two mirrors are not perpendicular，it is expected to help students deepen their understanding of the Michelson interference phenomenon，enhance their interest in learning，and improve teaching efficiency．
