Digital holography can record the phase of specimen,which can be applied in label-free imaging.Combined parallel polarization phase shifting techniques with Michelson interferometer,the on-axis Michelson-type holographic microscopy is optimized by using polarization camera and wave plate. Quantitative complexfield imaging,dynamic imaging and single-shot microscopic imaging are realized by the proposed system.Experimental results show that this method can snapshot reconstruct complex field information of the object,dynamic imaging and unlabeled quantitative phase imaging for the mouse liver cells.
